raio Let's talk
custom systems for companies in operation

Your whole operation, in one system.

Custom-built systems that see your entire operation, warn you before something fails and never forget a thing. Built on how your team already works, without changing it.

what we deliver

From diagnosis to daily operation.

Three services that cover the full cycle: understand, build and operate. Each can be hired on its own; together, they are one team accountable from start to finish.

01

Operational diagnosis

We document how your company really operates, with the people who operate it: recorded and transcribed interviews, processes, forms and failure points. The result is a report with prioritized findings and one decision per finding, ready for management to sign.

You receive
  • Printed diagnosis report
  • Priority matrix
  • Phased build plan
02

Custom system

We build on what already works, in phases and with the real operation as the reference. Every screen answers to a documented process, with roles and permissions per area. Nothing is invented from scratch.

You receive
  • Your own software, on your infrastructure
  • Roles and permissions per area
  • Team training
03

Continuous operation

A monthly fee covers what the system consumes, its daily monitoring, verified backups and the adjustments the operation calls for. The system isn't delivered and forgotten: it's operated.

You receive
  • Automatic monitoring every day
  • Backups restored and verified
  • Ongoing adjustments and improvements

What seemed impossible, in seconds.

Three companies in three different industries. Each system is shown at work in four acts: the problem, what raio does, what seemed impossible and the result. The data is illustrative; the processes are real.

how we work

Four phases, always in this order.

We don't design your business from scratch: we start from the one you already have. Each phase has a deliverable, goes into operation before the next one, and is quoted with information, not assumptions.

01 · discovery

We understand the real operation.

Interviews with management and with the people who run each area, recorded and transcribed. With artificial intelligence we cross-check what each person says so nothing is lost. In a single company, 24 hours of interviews with 14 people before designing the first screen.

02 · diagnosis

Findings in writing, decisions by management.

A report with the rigor of an audit: every finding closes with a decision only management can make. What gets decided gets built; what doesn't, doesn't. This service can also be hired on its own.

03 · build

In phases, on how you already work.

Your team does what it already did; now it gets recorded. Each phase is quoted once we know what it takes, and goes live before the next one starts.

04 · operation

Daily monitoring and verified backups.

The system checks itself every day and the backup is restored every week to prove it works. If something fails, management is the first to know. All of it is covered by the monthly fee.

standards

What you don't see is what makes a system last.

Anyone can build an interface. These are the standards we operate every delivered system by, every day, from the first one.

Automated monitoring. Every system is checked daily, and an external watcher warns if the machine stops responding.

Security that's tested, not assumed.

Every week we try to get into each system as a stranger and write, delete or change data. The rejection is the proof.

Backups that actually restore.

Every week the backup is rebuilt from scratch into an empty database and compared with production, permission by permission.

Data isolated per client.

Each system lives on its own infrastructure, separate from the rest. Nothing of a client's goes out to an AI model without passing through a filter that checks it.

Independent review.

Every week the code is reviewed by an artificial intelligence from another company. Findings are fixed and tested.

who we work with

Companies in operation, with a management that decides.

We work with companies that already work and grew without a system: manufacturing, healthcare, food and services. The requirement is a management willing to make decisions and a team that takes part in the discovery.

It ships when it's done right.

No shortcuts. And clear information on where each phase stands, even when it isn't what you want to hear. Transparency is part of the service.

Decisions belong to management.

Nothing is built without the go-ahead of management or the head of the area. What isn't decided doesn't get built.

The data belongs to the client.

Each system lives on its own, isolated infrastructure. If the relationship ends, the data is handed over in full. No fine print.

Quotes are based on information.

First we understand, then you decide, and only then is there a number. A day-one budget is an assumption, not a commitment.
